New facility combines Town of Newstead and Village of Akron Highway Departments. The total facility size 28,000 square feet consisting of 3,800 square feet of wood framed office space and 24,200 square feet of pre-engineered metal building vehicle bay space. Included work includes masonry fire-separation wall between the two major spaces, 1,500 square feet of mezzanine space in the vehicle bay area which includes 7 bays and 14 overhead doors. Also included is a 10,000 square foot pre-engineered metal storage building.
