This is a new 24,000 square foot USGBC LEED-NC “Certified” Level Building. This project consisted of keeping the existing 14,000 square foot fire hall operational during construction and then was demolished after new building was ready to move into. Other significant features include twelve overhead doors and 7 truck bays, colored and polished concrete floor in the apparatus bays, large gear storage, training and exercise areas, large gathering hall with kitchen, walk-in cooler, bar and club room spaces, large octagon and pyramid shaped skylights, floor inlay of fire company logo and mezzanine for storage and training purposes.
